With genetic testing, I can more accurately forecast how you'll react to different medications. This can be used to improve the effectiveness of your treatment. I can also utilize functional lab and hormonal testing to assess your body's unique needs. This approach allows us to craft a precise plan that truly aligns with your body's requirements.

I can complete these additional tests when indicated. In certain situations dietary modifications can yield tremendously positive results for mental and physical well being.

As a certified personal trainer, I offer personalized exercise programs that help alleviate symptoms of mental health disorders. Leveraging my background in ethnobotany and integrative nutrition I can recommend dietary changes that support mental health. Both movement and anti-inflammatory diets support overall brain health and amplify healing.

Before our initial appointment, I'll send you an intake form to fill out. It covers your health history and your goals. I thoroughly review your information in advance, so that I can ask meaningful questions and focus more on understanding your story during our time together. This preparation allows us to dive straight into addressing your needs and building a personalized treatment plan.

This initial online appointment allows us to understand your background, symptoms, and health goals. I will spend time getting to know you and your current struggles. We will discuss your health history and previous care.
At the end I will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your goals which might include medications, labs tests, nutrition, sleep, movement, supplements, and additional coaching.

Depending on your specific history, I may recommend labs to screen for medical conditions and nutritional deficiencies that could be contributing to your symptoms. I may also send you psychiatric scales that help me get a clearer picture of your symptoms and establish a baseline that will help us track your progress over time.

Two follow-up appointment lengths are available: 50 or 25 minutes.
50 minute sessions are ideal for medication management, coaching sessions, review of test results, and incorporating additional integrative techniques as needed.
25 Minute sessions are designed for brief check-in’s and medication adjustments and monitoring.

Payment & Billing: I am not in-network with any insurance companies. By eliminating the restrictions of insurance companies I can provide more personalized care. I accept cash pay (due by credit card at the time of visit). I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company which may provide partial reimbursement.
*Reduced fees may be available for weekly coaching sessions.
All appointments are conducted via virtual telehealth appointments at this time. I may recommend in-person visits in the future based upon my clinical discretion.
